Jeff Waibel has many years experience in the construction industry both here in Southern California and even around the world. He is a former licensed general contractor and has been involved in construction projects on four continents. His keen eye, experience, and perfectionism help him perform a thorough inspection that is second to none.

CREIA requirements for membership are: obtaining initial training, passing a rigorous exam, and mandatory adherence to professional standards of practice.
