A home cannot fail an inspection. A professional home inspection gives you an independent,
unbiased view of any problems and their solutions, so that you will have all the
facts you need to make a sound, informed decision. Buying a home is the most important
investment decision you will probably ever make...get a meticulous inspector, like

Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will
usually take no more than four hours, and usually between two and three hours. Ideally,
you will accompany your inspector during the consultation, so that you will have
visual reinforcement of your written report as well as allowing the inspector to
point out some of your homes important features such as gas, electrical and water
shutoffs.
The inspection typically includes the systems & components of the home such as: Attic, roofing, electrical, plumbing, water heater, air conditioning, furnace, doors, windows, fireplace, insulation, siding, major appliances, and more. We look at a home and think, “what would we like to know if we were purchasing the home.”
Once the inspection is completed, we work diligently to produce a professional report that you can then use to evaluate the home and even use as a negotiation tool with the seller. Many of our clients have saved thousands of dollars because they used our professional report to approach the sellers about the issues we uncovered. The report puts you in a strong position to negotiate for a partial refund of the accepted purchase price.
